The traditional HATSCHEK process involves the formation of thin paper-like films that are stacked on top of each other until the desired sheet thickness is achieved. This process governs the varying density, chemical composition, and hygroscopic character of cellulose fibers and Portland cement.
At Geminite we have improved upon this traditional process by incorporating our in-house innovative technology such as autoclave curing, resulting in a much superior product.
Autoclave curing accelerates the curing process, increases material density, and improves flexibility and workability. Advanced monitoring and control systems ensure optimized density, chemical composition, and hygroscopic character, resulting in a more uniform and predictable performance.
